The fully automatic strapping machine is designed for the vertical strapping of aluminium billets.
The package is loaded in the area of the strapping machine by the conveyor system.
The bottom lance moves forward and closes the strap channel around the package. The strap is fed-in and the top mounted head moves towards the package for sealing.
For the application of multiple straps the package is either positioned by the conveyor system (stationary machine) or the strapping machine itself travels to the preset positions (moveable machine). For the simultaneous application of two straps a twin-head version is available.
TITAN provides these strapping machines with different heads for different joint types and strap qualities.
In addition, the application of labels can be integrated in the strapping process.
