All TITAN strapping machines are assembled completely in our machine erection hall. All mechanics are mounted, all pneumatics are connected and all electrics and controls are setup and wired up. It is here, where the TITAN strapping machines come to life for their first times.
Packages are loaded into the strapping machines and they are tested on their full functionality. The TITAN Quality Assurance system is applied and accordingly, test procedures have to be followed.
Typically, our customers are invited to a Factory Acceptance Test of their strapping machine. It’s on them to give their final ok for acceptance and release for shipment. In this way, we – together with our customers – make sure that only top quality and perfectly working strapping machines leave our production site.
