A few years back, TITAN invested heavily in completely new assembly lines for strapping heads and tools. These assembly lines are high-tech industrial processes with many benefits for Titan and – more important – for our customers.
The assembly lines allow for higher production rates, if needed. The supply of raw parts is fully automated, making sure that there are always enough parts even at high production rates. So, delivery times of our heads and tools to our customers are always met.
Our staff is very well trained and highly skilled. All personnel is specialised on just a few heads or tools. So, each head and tool is assembled the ideal way.
All heads and tools are tested at the end of the assembly lines before packing and shipping. So, only perfectly working heads and tools leave our production facilities and our customers are served with what they can expect: High quality strapping equipment for a high performance strapping process.
