TITAN has its own division for electrics and controls and all TITAN strapping machines benefit from it. For TITAN any strapping “task” can be solved in an optimum way with an interdisciplinary solution. Our mechanical and electrical engineers team up in an early stage of a project and together, they find the perfect strapping solution … in mechanics, pneumatics and electrics and controls.
The hardware of our electrics and controls is engineered in ePLAN (CAD tool). It is built in our own electrical workshop. Titan operates a fully equipped, modern and advanced production facility for control cabinets, operating desks and panels, remote I/O panels and junction boxes.
In parallel, our software engineers customize our strapping machine software to the individual strapping application.
The electrical hardware and the control software come together with the mechanics in our machine erection hall. Here the strapping machines come to life for their first times and here they are tested interdisciplinary again against our aim: A perfect strapping solution!
